   • A minimum of 50% advance payment is required at the time of placing an order.
   • The remaining 50% payment must be made once the goods are ready for delivery or shipment.

2. Order Cancellations:

   • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation.
   • In case of cancellation after 24 hours, the advance payment will not be refunded.

Referral Program

1. Commission Eligibility:

   • Referral commissions will only be paid once the referred customer has confirmed their order and the payment has been successfully received.
   • Commissions cannot be claimed for canceled or incomplete orders.

2. Payout Schedule:

   • Referral commissions will be processed after receiving full payment.

Delivery Policy

   • Delivery timelines will be shared once the order is confirmed.
2. Delays:
   • We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as customs clearance, shipping delays, or force majeure events.
